Terms of Service

By accessing or using Bunco Club Hub (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Bunco Club Hub is an online platform that helps users create, manage, and discover Bunco clubs. The Service provides tools including club management, scheduling, score tracking, member management, printable resources, and a club directory.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorized those activities.

Bunco Club Hub offers a subscription service for club administrators at $120 per year. This subscription covers the entire club with no additional per-member fees. Finding and joining a club is free.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed annually on the date of your initial purchase. Payment is processed through our third-party payment provider.

Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription price upon renewal.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing period.

When creating or managing a club on Bunco Club Hub, you agree to the following guidelines:

• Provide accurate club information including location and meeting details
• Treat all members and prospective members with respect
• Respond to join requests in a timely manner
• Do not use club features for any unlawful purpose
• Do not post offensive, discriminatory, or harassing content
• Do not misrepresent your club or its activities
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws

We reserve the right to remove any club or club content that violates these guidelines without prior notice.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with providing and promoting the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use and authorize us to use your User Content. You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it.

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Bunco Club Hub and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Printable materials, scorecards, and other downloadable resources provided through the Service are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit these materials without our express written permission.

In no event shall Bunco Club Hub, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us or using the account settings in the Service. Upon termination, your club data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, allowing you time to export any needed information.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
